"Ah the team found it - it was a typo in the achievement, if you'll believe it! 😅
Hopefully fixed in the day 1 patch.
Thanks again for letting us know!"

In order to get this achievement you have to do 5 things:
On day 8 when you deliver the letter to June and mickey choose option one until you get invited to the campfire – then choose option 2 "oh cool yeah why not "
On day 10 In the woods with June and mickey chose option 1 all the way – the key point is when they offer the tv, say "really guys that’s awesome"
On day 11 when talking to Lori don’t give her the RV
On day 14 at the event when talking to Angie don’t give her the RV
On day 15 you will have one last talk with frank.
Tell him:
"but no I’m talking it off and will leave town"
and then
"I'm going on a road trip"
You will get the achievement before the credits

You can get the achievement also when you give Lori the RV,
I had tell my parents in the phonecall on the last weekend that i will travel with the RV and the choises on the talent show count (if you take the option to follow the person which get it from lori).

A little extra setup earlier in the game makes it easier to get all three endings quickly without doing a full replay.
When you have a chance to speak to Lori about the RV on the 11th day (Thursday) ask her if the camper can stay there for a little while - tell her she can tinker with it.
MAKE A SAVE after your last delivery on the 13th Day (Saturday), before you head back to the post office.
During the Open Mic night, Lori will tell you the RV is all fixed up. Make sure you then offer the RV to Angie.
You won’t actually need to make this final choice until the 15th Day (Monday), despite what you may or may not have told the NPC’s during your journey.
Talk to Frank on the Monday. He’ll ask if you’re staying, seeing as how you’re still wearing the coat.
Tell him:
“I’m taking it off and will leave town”
And then:
“I’m going on a Road Trip”
A cut scene or two will follow. The trophy will unlock at the start of the end credits
Once you’re back at the main menu, select continue and you will only need to replay the Saturday Evening and Open mic Night before making a different choice for another ending.
NOTE 1: if you’ve forgotten to make a save, it’s no big deal, the game should have made an Autosave at some point on that Saturday, so you won’t need to do much more than re-complete the days deliveries.
NOTE 2: I can’t say for certainty whether you miss the ‘Free Spirit’ ending if you offer the RV to Lori on Thursday instead of keeping it. The game is really good with freedom of choice and changing your mind. If someone figures out a definitive answer, I’ll update this guide, but until then best to play it safe and hang on to the RV if you want this trophy.

MISSABLE
This is one of 3 endings available in the game. You can get all 3 on the same playthrough so long as you make a manual save to reload. You'll want to make a manual save at the end of the workday (before you return to the Post Office) on September 13th. You'll need to replay through that night, Sunday and Monday each time you reload it and you won't be able to skip any of the dialogue or cutscenes (unfortunately). It'll take some time for each ending but it's better than playing through the entire game 3 times.
Before you can get this ending, you'll need to get the RV. On September 6th, you'll need to deliver a letter to the Campgrounds and will meet Mickey and June, a few campers with an RV. On September 8th, you'll deliver another letter to them and June will tell you that they're moving to Canada while inviting you to hang out later in the week. Agree to hang out, then after the workday on September 10th, you'll go back to the Campsite and hang out with Mickey and June. They'll offer to give you the RV since they don't need it anymore. Agree to take it and they'll leave it at the gas station for you. When you go to pick it up, Lori will gush over the chance to do some work on it and ask for your permission to do so. Agree to let her do the work and at the open mic night, she'll tell you it's all ready to go.
On the morning of September 14th, you'll talk with Frank at the Post Office and he'll ask you if you've decided whether or not you're going to stay in Providence Oaks or leave. Tell him you're going to leave and when he asks you what your plans are, tell him you're going on a road trip. When Robert pulls you over as you're leaving, tell him you've already made up your mind and are leaving P.O. The trophy will unlock once you're back on the road and the credits start to roll.

*MISSABLE*
Important Note: For this achievement, Life in the Fast Lane (100G) and Hometowner (100G), to avoid having to replay a good amount of the game, make sure you manually save the game before you end the workday on Saturday, September 13 (before you drive into the post office parking lot). What I did was parked across the street from the post office after finishing my deliveries for the day and made the save there. You are going to have to play from this save point a total of three times, each taking approximately 25 minutes (depending on choices you made earlier in the game) before you make specific dialogue choices that determine the ending.
For this ending, you first need to make specific dialogue choices throughout the game in order to receive the RV from Mickey and June.
After turning in the truck on Saturday, September 13, you have a short conversation with Frank. Dialogue choices do not matter here. That evening, you receive a phone call from your parents. Again, dialogue choices do not matter. If you agreed to have dinner with Robert on September 12, you will play through a five minute scene at the diner. Once again, dialogue choices do not matter.
On Sunday, September 14, the day opens with you writing in your journal. If you did not agree to attend open mic night at Mo’s Diner on September 10, the day ends here. Otherwise, there will be a 15 minute scene at the diner. For this ending, if you romanced Angie earlier in the game and she shows up at the diner, during the conversation, Lori will interrupt and tell you that the RV is fixed. Angie will ask about it, so reply with “And I did. Then Lori gave it a check-up”. For the next option, make sure you choose “And now I’m the proud owner of ”. Then for the next option, choose “Yeah, I’m pretty happy with it!”. Whatever you do, do not offer Angie the RV. For the rest of the conversation and night, you can choose any dialogue options you want.
Monday, September 15 starts with you at the post office speaking to Frank. During the conversation, to get this ending, you need to make two specific dialogue choices. When Frank asks if you are accepting the mail carrier job, respond with “but no, I'm taking it off and will leave town”. Then, when he asks what you are going to do, respond with “I'm going on a road trip”. At that moment, you will hear a honk, so you both go outside and say goodbye to him. The remaining dialogue options with Frank do not matter.
Next will be a scene with Lori and the RV in the post office parking lot. You can choose anything you like here to say your goodbyes. Finally, if you romanced Angie earlier in the game, she will show up. Angie will invite herself along for the trip, so when the dialogue options appear, you can choose anything you like. Whether you ask Angie to go with you or not, you will drive off. If Angie is with you, the scene will play out with you two talking. If you are alone, depending on your interactions with Robert throughout the game, he may or may not drive up and ask you to pull over. If he does, during the conversation, whatever you do, do not get in his car. When the conversation is over, the achievement will unlock as the camera pans up to the lake.

For this ending, you first need to make specific dialogue choices throughout the game in order to receive the RV from Mickey and June.
- September 6 - At the beginning of the workday, Frank tells you he has an envelope with an incomplete address on it. When given the option, make sure you choose “Yeah, I think I know where that is”. Deliver the envelope to the campground (located at around the 4 o’clock position of the lake) and have a conversation with Mickey and June. Dialogue choices do not matter in this meeting.
- September 8 - One of your deliveries this day is a letter to Mickey and June. During the conversation, June will read the letter and will excuse herself to go to talk to Mickey. Apparently someone named Damian is going to pick them up and take them to Canada. Continue with the conversation and eventually June will invite you to hang out with them the night before they leave. When she does, choose “Oh cool, yeah why not!” and the conversation will end.
- September 10 - On this evening, you are sitting around the campfire with Mickey and June. During the conversation, be safe and choose dialogue where you seem to agree with Mickey (since he can have a short fuse). You can partake in smoking and booze if you want then June will talk about going to Canada. Eventually she will say about the RV “You should totally have it!”. When the dialogue options appear, choose “Really guys? That's awesome”. Finally, the scene will fade as Mickey sings.
- September 11 - At some point during the day, make your way to the garage for a delivery and to speak with Lori. For the first dialogue option, make sure you choose “I don't know... could it stay here for while?”. Whatever you do, do not offer Lori the RV. Then, Lori wants to name the RV so choose any name you want.
After turning in the truck on Saturday, September 13, you have a short conversation with Frank. Dialogue choices do not matter here. That evening, you receive a phone call from your parents.
