Lamentum

Shortly after the game starts, you'll meet your girlfriend. After that, you find youself waking in a room in a mansion. Go down the hall until you find her room, where she is ill and needs medicine. Get her medicine from the table, and take it further down the hallway to the kitchen. Grab firewood to put in the stove to heat the water, and then combine the medicine and water. Take it back and give it to her. After a cutscene, you will arrive at a mansion in Grau Hill.

this is a story achivement, complete the prologue with your wife and walk up to the door after you get out of the carriage. A cutscene will play and the achievement will pop
