Shortly after the Nimbo(floating light) starts guiding you, you'll come to a puzzle that requires two cubes to be placed into it. The first cube is on the floor right below, the second cube is just a bit further ahead, in a box right before entering the waterfall area.
Once the cubes are put in, use the two buttons below the orange screen to enter a four symbol code. The right button changes which of four symbols to enter, and the left button enters that symbol. The symbol ready to be entered(as shown on the orange screen) resets to the first circle symbol every time you enter one.
Solution:
Once the correct sequence of symbols are entered, the door will open. Enter to unlock this achievement.
