How to unlock the Human cannonball achievement in Lara Croft and the Temple of Osiris - Definitive Guide

Pretty simple achievement. The characters that can use a magic shield are Horus and Isis. Any character can lay a bomb.

Just have the second player pick one of the shield characters, and then hold down cn_RB while you use cn_Y to lay a bomb and press cn_Y again to detonate it. Achievement will pop in a level or in the hub. You do not need to kill the other player, or even destroy the shield, you just need to set off a bomb within reach of the shield.

I noticed when going for this, the shielding person must activate their shield before player 1 puts down a bomb. For some reason if you place the bomb first, shield, then detonate it, it doesn't count.

Definitely having major problems with this one. Using a second spare account to shield in local 2 player co-op and bomb with my main. Tried shielding first then planting and blowing bomb, then planted bomb first and tried shielding and then blowing it, neither worked. Tried taking off any rings that affect bombs, tried using a bomb from each person, and tried as host and not host, nothing unlocked it, then it randomly unlocked for the spare account I don't care about. Fml lol

Thats really odd Mcconvilla, all I can think is that Xbox is doing one of those things where it knows you unlocked it, but its just hanging waiting. Could be it will randomly unlock at some point.

You can gain this achievement in local co-op with a second player. You have to play as either Lara or Carter to gain this achievement. Have the other player activate his magic shield by pressing . Then plant a bomb with  near the other player and press  again to let the bomb explode and unlock the achievement.
