The easiest Tomb to do this on is the very first one you come across, its called Timekeeper.
You have to beat it in under 7 minutes and if you avoid collecting gems and lighting torches you should comfortably make it in less than 7 minutes.

This achievement is currently glitched. I have completed it twice and it still won't unlock. When I view the achievement on my console, it says "Done! Unlocking...". Bummer for me I guess.

@Zootown When an achievement says: Done! Unlocking..., it means it's trying to verify the unlocking of the achievement against the Xbox server... it sometimes takes longer than instant because the server is down or server is busy. It has nothing to do with the game being glitched.
