How to unlock the Baller achievement in Last Stop - Definitive Guide

Easy enough: Chapter 1 with Donna

After you met up with your two friends it will turn to nighttime and you'll find yourself in a minigame.

There are 11 possible targets, you have 15 bottles. Your goal is to hit the target of your choice without ever missing! Pay attention to the bar in the lower right corner of your screen and make sure to tip cn_A when the meter is between the marks. Most of the targets have visual feedback when hit.

Your targets are easy enough to find but just for an overview:
(1) Car (just in front of you)
(2) Trashcan (slightly below the car) (just makes a noise when hit, don't worry - extra tip from eab512: aim at the bottom, not the top of the can)
(3) Stack of boxes (to the right of the trashcan) (several targets, make sure to just hit one of the boxes once - best the bottom one it seems)
(4) Bottle (slightly to the left of the trashcan, sitting on top the canopy)
(5) Football (roof to the left)
(6) Security camera (upper left from the Football) (don't aim too high, sometimes the bottle smashes at the edge)
(7) Paper cup on the railing to your left
(8) Sign in the yard (behind you)

Edit: Yes, the game has level selection after you finished it. You still have the tedious beginning of the chapter to get back to the point of the minigame.

做了四五次，一直不弹成就，不知道为什么，感觉是纸箱子哪里出了问题。纸箱子只能用一个瓶子么

Regarding the boxes - I just aimed for the bottom one, and moved on, and this unlocked for me.

@wxqsq1218 You're golden as long as the stack of boxes collapses after you hit it once - then just move on to the next target.

Sweet, dead on target, dead on with the bar, and two still missed. When I reload my save, I have to go back to the beginning of the chapter, what a POS achievement. There better damn well be level select when I'm done because I'm going to have to come back to this, my patience is very thin with this poor type of achievement/game design.

@Lorne, I edited the solution. Unfortunately you can't skip the beginning of the chapter. So prepare for a couple more tries. I needed around five and while there are no hard achievements - this is the worst.

Got every other achievement easily on the first try except this one. I've had times where I aimed perfectly, nailed the button press right in the middle and it still missed, especially on the soda cup on the railing and the trashcan. This is the only irritating achievement in the game.

I've literally tried a dozen times now and still nothing. Closest I got was saving the boxes for last, hitting everything else perfectly, and then only 2 of 3 boxes fell and no cheevo. So yes, you do have to get all 3 boxes with one throw.

@DoomScoot man that is BS! Sorry to hear that. The security cam was my kryptonite, also the cup on the railing sometimes was incredibly hard to hit. Try again switching the order, fingers crossed!

Thanks for the info, I think it took me four attempts in the end. The one that tripped me up the third time was not hitting the bottom box of the pile, which meant going for it again - worked like a charm the following time. It feels like the best bet for a lot of them is to aim low whilst still seeing the yellow highlight - that worked for the cup on the ledge, but also with the camera, aiming to the right of it. Easy in the end - when you know how!

It is possible to miss the QTE Power meter and still hit objects, whiffed on the soccer ball since I thought it was a press and hold, but still managed; lucky or not, you don't have to be pinpoint accurate. Also thought I'd mention, you hit A once to fill the meter and hit it again to stop, no holding.

It took me two tries because you have to make sure you hit the bottom box and get all 3 in one shot. After I realized this, it was easy.

If you know that you missed one, you can open the menu and hit Quit -> Resume Chapter to save yourself a tiny bit of replay time. The checkpoint is after the initial conversation with Donna's family, although annoyingly you do have to do the entire running down to Vivek's scene again (which is IMO the most tedious part).

Just did this one first try and I'm AWFUL at skill based achievements/games. I followed the video, took my time. I was not perfect with the aiming. Good luck! You can definitely do this if I could >_>

Irritating that the cursor is right on the cup on the railing and the bottle misses so no unlock though I nailed all the others first try. Ugh...EarthboundX is right.

TY, Honcho! Got stuck with this achievement at my gameplay, must redo the level 4 times.

Two extra tips:

- Since it's the first level, you wont need finish the game for the chapter selecter, just exit to main screen and reload the chapter (but, yes, still need to play through the whole beggining of the scene).

- I got stuck with the trashcan, but the go is to aim at the bottom, not the top of the can.

Finally got this one. Extremely tricky. I never once missed hitting A inside the area indicated but still missed targets a lot. It is very exact. My advice is to always aim at the bottom box, always aim at the bottom of the trash can and hit A early in the area, and aim at the middle of the cup on the railing, pressing A near the middle and being careful not to overshoot it, same with the camera. I swear there is a bit of luck involved though because I had times I did it the exact same way but got two different outcomes. The time it unlocked I completely missed the bottles (pressed A dead in the middle), none fell down(but oddly still counted), and the cheevo still popped. This one is glitchy for sure. Best to leave it for last to not drive you crazy. The game afterwards is actually pretty good. I really liked the storyline. Thanks for the encouragement Honcho.

This takes place in Chapter 1 of Stranger Danger, where you play as Donna. After meeting up with Becky and Vivek, they will carry on a conversation while you switch to a first person mode. Your objective here is to find each of the targets scattered around the area (they glow yellow when you highlight them), then use cross.png to start and stop a meter at a specific point to hit the target with a bottle. Make sure to look in every direction (there's a well hidden bottle on a railing on the same level as you) and if you are able to select a target again after hitting it once, it means you weren't accurate enough and need to reload your save. You should have 7 bottles leftover after hitting every target and the trophy will unlock shortly after.

In Chapter 1 as Donna, when you meet your friends, there will be a bottle throwing scene. Every target must be hit the first time. If everything was done correctly, at the end there will be 7 bottles left in stock.

Just get there: ball, camera, sign, bottle.
Urn, you need to aim at the bottom of the urn.
Cups, you need to aim at the left one.
Boxes, you need to aim at the bottom.
The car, you need to aim at the windshield.
