Somehow I had problems getting this one, so I made a 100% douche run through the chapter, this might help you too.
Chapter 2 of Stranger Danger titled "The Prisoner"
After you have been to the hardware store with Becky and met a certain someone on the street, you'll find yourself on a bus where you can - after a bit of dialogue - give Becky the silent treatment twice
(tbh I don't think it's that important for the achievement but it still feels good)

It's so frustrating in these dialogue choice games when the option doesn't line up with what the character actually ends up saying 
I selected some Y options during the bus scene, but then started selecting all Bs as soon as we got back to the pool. For me the achievement didn't pop right after "Be fierce," but I kept pressing B and then it popped at the end of the scene finally.

Just unlocked it and I didn't choose the "Taking you down, too" option. It seems the only option that matters is the next one, "Be fierce", before saying goodbye to Viv and Becky. Just wanted to mention that.
