You get this just playing away collecting at start before cutting sprint holding RB. there is also an setting were always sprint is on.

Before you start each job, you'll need to search the grass for items to pick up and move out of the way so you don't run them over. You can use either this time to sprint (
), or sprint while using the Trimmers. It shouldn't take too long to get to 1 mile, even if the search sections don't take you to long to complete. You'll also earn quite a bit of distance as you complete Litter Contracts (these unlock when you reach Established Rank 1) since you don't have to cut any grass in them and will just be running around picking up trash. As soon as you've run 1 mile, the trophy will unlock.
