The wording of this trophy is a bit off and just has an extra "a" in it. You just need to complete 10 Career Contracts within the recommended completion time. You'll be doing plenty of contracts to get up to the RP rank Distinguished, so you'll have plenty of opportunities to do this. If you're having trouble with the general cut or striping contracts, you can do 10 separate Little Contracts which are insanely easy to finish within the recommended completion time. Once you've completed your 10th contract within the recommended time, the trophy will unlock.
