This once can be done when you hire 2 workers I put two on a different job and I did a quick litter pick and got this

Have 2 other employees, select a contract you want to do then set the other 2 up. Simply select start, complete the mission and this will pop.
Velvet
The earliest you'll be able to do this won't be until you've reached Established Rank 1 and can hire your second employee. When you have both employees at your service (and the vehicles/equipment required for them to do their jobs), assign each employee a contract, then assign one to yourself. Once you've successfully completed your contract, the other two will automatically finish as well, giving you 3 in a single day. Once you're done, the trophy will unlock.
