There are three types of contracts to complete in the game: General Cut, Striping, and Litter. You must be the one to complete each of them at least once, it can't be your employees. The General Cut contract will be open from the start while the Litter and Striping contracts will unlock as you increase your RP title. Striping will be the last one to unlock, but once you've completed at least one contract in each category, the trophy will unlock. These must be done in Career Mode. The Challenges won't count towards this trophy.
