How to unlock the Aggressive expansion achievement in Lawn Mowing Simulator - Definitive Guide

All you have to do is pay for the upgrade for the first HQ you have when you start the career mode.

The achievement won’t pop until the upgrade finishes.

On the HQ menu of career mode, you should see an "Upgrade" button on the bottom. On the right, you'll see the upgrade details to your current HQ. Upgrade Time will be in days (every time you complete a contract, 1 day will pass) and what you'll get with the upgrade (# of Bays). Hit upgrade when you're ready and go through contracts until the allotted time has passed. Once it's done upgrading, the trophy will unlock.
