Do a stripe contract cut the grass first then activate roller with RB then follow arrows till you get over 95% then finish and this will pop

This will more than likely unlock naturally as the striping contracts are pretty easy to score high on (see Lawn & Order 
for more information on completing these). Once you've started the contract, there will be two progress bars on the top left: one for your progress on actually mowing the grass, and one for your striping score. Try and follow the arrows as close as you can and try to keep your lines as straight as possible. Don't end the contract until your striping score hits at least 95% (you can go back over lines to clean them up if need be). Once you have at least 95%, end your contract and when you're on the summary page, the trophy will unlock.
