How to unlock the Teamwork makes the dream work achievement in Lawn Mowing Simulator - Definitive Guide

After playing through a few contracts, you will be presented with the ability to review applications and hire an employee to work on your expanding lawn care business. Review the applications, hire the employee, and this achievement unlocks.

This one may be unmissable, because I wasn't sure if I could even decline to hire the applicant.

You'll be able to hire your first employee once you reach Credible Rank 1. To hire them, go over to the person icon on the career menu (the 3rd icon on the top), and on the bottom will be your employees, and the "applicants" button right next to it. Select applicants and choose any hopeful employee to hire. When you do, the trophy will unlock.

You'll be able to hire a new employee at the start of these RP types:
  • Credible Rank 1
  • Established Rank 1
  • Professional Rank 1
  • Esteemed Rank 1
Reaching Esteemed will allow you to hire a maximum of 4 employees, maxing out the available contracts for each day. Once you've hired your first employee at any point after you reach Credible Rank 1, the trophy will unlock.
