This will be the very first achievement you unlock in the game. Once finished with the initial company set up, you will be able to test drive the first lawnmower available.
After you've completed the test drive, you can purchase the first lawnmower available and the achievement will unlock immediately after purchase.

The skip tutorial point is really good, thanks! Should be added to the guide too. You can mash through as quick as you like (if you're in a hurry) and it allows you to buy straight away, without a test drive

Pick the middle lawn mower (the Patterson RO-A), and after finishing the test drive purchase it. This'll net you this achievement and the secret "Lawn in the U.S.A." achievement.
