Head straight out from the flat bed of your truck through the opening into the lawn. Take your 1st immediate left at the bushes, take the 1st left at the stairs, then finally retrieve the valuable book on the 2nd picnic table to the right on the patio.

While the solution is correct. Is anyone else have the book just not be there?

I did notice that if you are playing in the challenges the valuables do not appear. You must cycle through the career until you hit that particular lawn. Hope this helps, if that's not the case I'm don't know unfortunately.

In this solution we are attempting to get you the valuable(and the Achievement for grabbing it) that can be found in the Ancient Auroch Pub Garden Contract. I will include a text description as well as a a timestamped video below that includes all 4 Ancient Britain Valuables. These Valuables can only be found in Career Mode, not in the Free Mow section available from the Main Menu.
When you load up the contract, immediately run forward until you reach the farthest picnic bench on the left. Turn left and go up the small stairs to a patio with more picnic tables. The second table from the left has a book sitting on it that is the valuable.
The Ancient Auroch location begins at 1:00, but the valuable was already grabbed on this account, so only the location is in the video.

The valuable is a book which is located on one of the patio tables on the pub's raised concrete seating area
