Once you have progressed your company to around the Trusted or Professional level, you will unlock the litter contracts. These contracts are very simple. To complete a litter contract, you will be required to pick up all trash/objects in the park. Depending on the park, you will need to pick up roughly 12-16 objects within the time limit. The time limits can be fairly generous, so you should have plenty of time to complete the contract without too much stress. Once you have picked up each object, return to your van and hold A to complete the contract. The achievement will pop shortly after completing the contract and returning back from the job.
Velvet
The Litter Contracts will unlock once you reach Established Rank 1. These are marked on the available jobs screen by a trash can, just as the trophy tile shows. For these, you don't have to cut any grass, but will instead need to run around picking up trash/objects. You'll have a set time to do this, but it shouldn't be too difficult to pick up everything necessary within the time frame. When you're done, you'll be instructed to return to your van, but it's actually your truck, not a van. Don't forget to use 
to sprint as well (this will count towards Blade Runner 
so you'll be wanting to be sprinting as much as possible anyways). Once you've completed the contract, the trophy will unlock.
