If you happen to miss a collectible, like I did... at the very end of the game. You can go back and use chapter select to get the one(s) you missed without resetting your progress towards the achievement.

I have gone through the game and collected every memento and the achievement has not popped. I have nothing to collect in the scrapbook and actually followed the guide to get this. Seems to be a reocurring thing achievements not unlocking correctly (or at all in this case) :@

I have a problem with memento #2. It's not in my scrapbook, but it's not where it should be, according to that guide... Anybody had this problem? I play on X1, and some mementos were not at the exact same place, but not far, but I can't find this one.

I also found this glitched on me - filled the scrapbook but the achievement tracker was stuck at 93%. So, after getting my third and final ending (and all other achievements), I deleted my save data and started a new game. Finally popped upon picking up a memento in chapter 3.

This one glitched out on me, too. The achievement tracker showed 93% but my book in the main room had all 16 mementos. I had played an initial playthrough blindly, then followed the guide in the walkthrough for collectibles to get what I had missed initially and the self portrait ending.

To fix the issue, I took my xbox offline and then deleted the local save data. I wanted my cloud save intact because I still needed the third ending and didn't want to somehow lose progress towards that achievement. Then I followed the written walkthrough to blitz through a new game as fast as I could, grabbing just the mementos along the way. I skipped rat drawings and word items for the most part.

After getting the 16th memento in chapter 6, I quit and restarted chapter 6 to check the book on the main painting room to ensure that I had all 16. Then I connected to Xbox live and the achievement popped.

This stuck at 93% for me as well. I deleted my local save data, loaded the game up, started a New Game and as soon as the prologue started the achievement popped. I didn’t have to collect anything else. I assume my saved data from Xbox live downloaded and fixed the glitch. People may want to try this method before deleting all save data and doing everything over again.

93% stuck. Tried Exorr idea, but didnt work. I deleted all data, started new game, popped on second Memento on Chapter 1 luckily.

Im in the boat thinking it doesnt tick a random one when its stuck.

Thanks Lyco499 for your response. I have had a few achievements glitch on me recently and assumed this may just be the case, however it does not show as 100% or Done...Unlocking! so I may just do what you said and check the locations on my 3rd playthrough to see if it is like you said still out there. I know I definitely had all blanks in the book in the painting room, so I do not think it's the final one but will still check.

Can say that aneurysmi's way should work and it did for me.

Had my Family Mementos and Rodent Drawings achievements stuck at 87%, deleted my saved game and played through the game again picking up all the collectibles, I got the Family Mementos achievement in Chapter 4 and the Rodent Drawings achievement in Chapter 5. I think it just glitches out and doesn't count one or two pick ups.
