Layers of Fear (2016)

After collecting the ring from the chest with the lock you will go into a room with a fireplace and when you check the dresser in that room you will drop down into a secret room. When you get up right next to you is a letter. Pick it up and get an achievement.

Near the beginning you will uncover your painting. Shortly after this you will be in a room which has a locked combination chest that contains a ring. Next to door from which you enter this room is a cabinet. In the upper section of this cabinet is a photo of a woman. Examining it will unlock the achievement.
