This video will show you the location of all collectibles (Family Mementos, Rodent Drawings and the Memory Recollections). It's not my video, I take no credit, but I found it helpful.

Also, note that collectibles carry over. So each time you start a new game or use chapter select, only the collectibles you haven't grabbed yet will be there for you to find. So if you miss any, just grab it on your next run (you'll need at least 3 if you're going for the "all endings" achievement) or jump to the right spot with Chapter Select.

In regard to issues with Memory #21, enter the room as normal and watch the window shut and knock the candlestick over. Then interact with the lamp on the desk to your left. Next, by the door where you first entered, press the lightswitch. The room will go dark and a new door will appear in the room (opposite the lamp you switched on), open it, then the fireplace will light up with the memory in front of it. Thanks to RebornPasture.

In the video, chapter 4 ending. After the child room animation, the cabinet is still locked. It is the place where it said word 17 even if no word is said with the gun....

Same issue for me @ the end of Chapter 4 - the cabinet with the gun in it is still locked - played the chapter a second time, and it is still locked - is this one necessary for the achievement?

For anyone who is struggling to find Memory Recollection #21 (the broken paint palette), enter the room as normal and watch the window shut and knock the candlestick over. @Glycodin No problem! I was scratching my head for about 20 mins and restarted the checkpoint several times as I thought it had somehow glitched out. PS4 version must be ever so slightly different to the Xbox.

Worked for me as well. Just a heads up it took awhile for the door to appear after I hit the light switch. I was stating to think it wasn't going to work.

In regards to the gun in chapter 4, try opening the cabinet in the floating crayon room before going for it. I noticed this tip in a different walkthrough and it seemed to work out fine

I did not get the Toy Gun in chapter 4 as the cabinet was locked. Still got the achievement after replaying Chapter 5 for the Paint Pallet in the fireplace.

I can confirm that the toy gun in the locked cabinet in CH4 is NOT required for the achievement. When I collected it the tracker did not move at all.

Also, this cabinet becomes unlocked upon completing the game at least once AFAIK. It was locked on my first playthrough but unlocked on my second.

If anyone is curious the toy gun cabinet is linked to the ending you are on. It doesnt unlock on the selfish ending

For the Toy Gun, I found if i completed the playroom and then went back to the cabinet, the doors were unlocked

Does anyone know if the paint palette spawns anywhere in the room, or if it spawns at that spot every time
Edit: nevermind, it has changed since the video was posted, you now have to turn off the lamp and the lights, causing the fireplace to light up allowing you to collect the memory.

Turn of the lamp on the left, and the switch light behind you, a door appear on the right, open it, surprise, and now pick up the paint palette near the chimney :)

If you happen to miss a collectible, like I did... at the very end of the game. You can go back and use chapter select to get the one(s) you missed without resetting your progress towards the achievement

I'm having the same issue, Paradox. I've gotten everything else up to this point with no issues, but this locked cabinet is halting my collection run. I've already replayed the entire chapter over in the hopes something would trigger it to open, but I've got no idea what the deal is.
