This is easiest to do in High Noon which is stages 11-30. The only other option you get is A Sleepless Night which is 31-50 but many of those stages are quite hard. I've included video guides below on how to get S-Ranks in levels 11-30.

Got this one in co op after doing the first 4 stages! I believe it is easiest to get this one in co op.
