EASIEST METHOD!
For those of you having a hard time, how about the ability to gain this achievement WITHOUT ZOMBIES?
Well now you can, look at the video and you'll find out how =)
Downside you'll need a friend.

Do this on Dead Center survival mode, but don't set off the zombies yet!
For those who can't see the video basically you need to get your friend to climb up the stairs to the highest point on the map then jump all the way down. This will kill him and you can shock him back to life. Reload the dead center survival mode, rinse and repeat and you're done.

The best stage to pick for this achievement is the HARD RAIN campaign chapter 5 TOWN ESCAPE . When you start in the safe room there is always a defibrillator for the SHOCK JOCK achievement, really good weapons, and most of the time there will be an adrenaline or two for THE QUICK AND THE DEAD achievement as well. Also if you have an extra controller and sign in a guest you don't have to try and lure the bots out of the safe room. Change the difficulty to expert and kill the other survivors and leave your guest standing. Then take the guest out of the safe room and shut the door. Wait for it to die and be sure to grab a defibrillator and an adrenaline if its there. Change the difficulty to easy and kill the zombies but try to to leave at least one alive. Then revive your guest and go back into the safe room. Sometimes another hoard will come so you might not need to change it to expert but if it doesnt you can change it to expert if you want to. Make sure your change it back to easy before your guest dies you want it alive but incapped. Go out and clear out the zombies but if you have another adrenaline in the safe room try to leave a zombie alive so you can do it again. Then take your adrenaline shot and pick up your guest. Once you have used up your adrenaline shots change it to expert and kill your guest or find a zombie or you can go over the downed fence through the gas station and jump in the lake its an instant kill so you can start the chapter over and do it all over again.

It's fairly obvious how you get this legit, but if you want to boost it... well, it's not as easy as you would think. If you kill a teammate and then try to revive them, it won't count towards the achievement. If you down a teammate and let them bleed out, again, it won't count.

However! You can do this quite quickly if you'd like. Pick a stage, any stage (I used The Park in the Parish campaign as it's quickest and usually has a defibrillator), and find one of those defibrillators. If you don't find one, go ahead and let the zombies kill you so that you can start over without exiting to the main menu and sitting through the load times again.

SO! Found one? Great, don't use it just yet. Finish the stage, and when you're in the safe room waiting to start the next stage, kill two of your teammates. However, DON'T TOUCH THE THIRD. Open the safe room door and walk out a bit so that he will follow you, and then go back to the safe room and stand by the door.

If you did it right, you are in the safe room, the last bot is outside, and the door is shut. Go ahead and switch to expert if you want, and wait for the bot to die. When they do, use your defibrillator.

Now, you want to go ahead and die so that you start over in that safe room with a fresh defibrillator in hand. Repeat however many times you need to, and achievement unlocked.

ok you need to start a survival round on the mall atrium then you want to pick up the defibrillator on the table (you will find it just keep looing) then after you find it you want to have your friend go to the very top of the mall and jump off and kill themselfs then run over and revive them and rinse and repeat NOTICE: do not start the round it will if fuck everything up

What JediJohnny7 said, is absolutely correct except for 1 little detail that can cause some confusion...

It DOESN'T work if you just pick "restart", you have to vote to return to Lobby and when you enter the lobby you can start over again... Otherwise it won't work and as far as i know it won't work for the incapped rescue'ing with an adrenaline shot... unless they get hit by zombies. But the shock jock achievement will pop if you head back to lobby and start campaign again.

Been there, tested it, done it :)

EDIT: however, for the quick and the dead achievement, all you need to do is pointed to in the 2nd movie that's found here... (it shows both achievements in 1 video) where you can let someone stand on a rail and kinda walk about so you pull them back up in notime with adrenaline on...

First of all thanks to clash mother for posting this video, i did THE QUICK AND THE DEAD with this guide there is only one thing to add, is that with one single adrenaline shot you can pick up your teammate up to 4 times just by standing at the same spot that you pick him up the first time and hold the x button that avoids that the bots players pick him up before you do, all that your teammate have to do is keep falling every time you pick him up.
its basically the same but a lot faster.

The way I got this was to play the first campaign on Expert as there is always a defib on the top floor near the start.

At some point on Expert (especially playing solo with the bots) someone will die and you can defib them.

Only downside is if you use it and get to the Mall and you're stuck without a defib - in which case I just started the campaign again.

However, as you can see - plenty of ways to get the achievement 'non-legit' if you're impatient!

Really easy on Dark Carnival finale, have 2 controllers signed in, have your guest account climb the large scaffolding & jump off, you can do this twice since there is 2 defibrillators, then return to lobby. Easy
