This achievement is missable
After you defeat Kain the first time, you automatically go to the spectral realm and encounter Ariel, the previous Balance Guardian (voiced by Anna Gunn, who plays Skyler White in Breaking Bad, yay trivia?). After the cutscene is over, you may notice the center of the room has a circular platform with little smoke effects coming off of it. If you see these smoke effects, that means there's a hint available. Simply stand on the center ring and a hint will play.
These hints are missable. Thankfully, there aren't too many.
1. If Raziel visits Ariel before going to the Silenced Cathedral, basically immediately after defeating Kain the first time:
Ariel: Far in the eastern mountains, a stifled titan stands in mute surrender - unwilling host to a parasitic swarm.
2. If Raziel visits Ariel after finishing the Silenced Cathedral, before heading to the Sarafan Tomb:
Ariel: Like a corpse in a shallow grave, corruption rises to the surface... Beyond these Pillars, the defiled victim mutely screams its outrage...
3. If Raziel visits Ariel after killing the Tomb Guardian (which gives you the Force Projectile ability), but before heading to the Drowned Abbey:
Ariel: North of the Sarafan tomb, a desecrated abbey languishes, half-drowned.
4. If Raziel visits Ariel after killing Rahab and getting the swim ability, but before proceeding to the Ruined Dumahim city:
Ariel: Beyond the cliffs that witnessed your execution, a silent city sits in frozen tableau. Locked in eternal limbo, they await redemption, or release.
5. If Raziel visits Ariel after killing Dumah, but before going to the Oracle's Cave:
Ariel: In the bowels of an inverted clockwork, the tormentor awaits. Be wary, Raziel - those blind with rage are by destiny ensnared.
