How to unlock the Barf Piñata achievement in Legendary - Definitive Guide

This achievement is STORY BASED and must be completed to progress.
For the record, I have stated Story Based, but you may be able to get by the Blood Spider Queen without killing it. Trust me - you really want to kill it. The Blood Spider Queen releases approximately six smaller Blood Spiders. As they get closer to you, they grow in size and attack you. You can shoot them with your gun our use grenades / Molotov, but the Blood Spider Queen will keep releasing smaller spiders. Kill the Blood Spider Queen by any means necessary - from a distance with a gun is probably the best. After you kill the first Queen, the achievement will unlock.

Shortly after starting Episode 4 you’ll reach a gate. Defeat the fairy-like enemies and approach the gate to start a cutscene. After witnessing the soldier die, shoot the sack hanging from the ceiling in front of you and the achievement will unlock.

You'll know when this happens because you'll see someone get blown up by what look like giant ticks with blood filled bodies. These are called Tsuchigumo's Children (AKA Blood Spiders) and they come out of the Blood Spider Queen. Look for where they are coming from and when you see the Blood Spider Queen hanging from the ceiling shoot it until it explodes. It should only take a couple shots.
