This achievement is the same as "Zookeeper" the only difference being you have to kill the human players instead of Werewolves. You can get both "Zookeeper" and "Bounty Hunter" in the same match. It really helps if you have a boosting party. Again use the Back Button to keep track of your kills. If you are boosting only one team can get the achievement at a time because you must not die to get the achievement.
