A short way into the level after you pass through a sewer system, the Golem will smash through the street, killing your squad mates. When it lifts its leg, you can go topside into Times Square, but there will be a bus blocking your path. It will eventually get lifted out of your way.

Follow the short path past the police car and and you'll see a fire truck and the Golem's foot blocking your path. The Golem will then take a step and behind its foot will be a taxi, just beyond that is another bus. Run to the bus and head to its right side. On the ground is a box of liquor bottles (molotovs), stand on these bottles and wait.

After a short time, the Golem will step right on the spot where the bottles are crushing you for the achievement.

This is an easy one. At the start of the level you'll see the huge golem taking giant steps. Just run up under his foot and he'll squash you. The level will restart but you won't have to redo anything since you did this first.

You can't do this at the beginning of the level, you'll be blocked off. Play through for a while until you emerge in times square. The golem will be smashing stuff in the area and walking back and forth. Just be in his path and you'll be squashed for the cheevo.
