As you progress through the building you will eventually find Vivian and she tells you to find a way to let her out of the cell. When you make it to the next floor you will find a balcony above the cell area that has a gap in the railing. Drop down and bypass the electronic lock to let Vivian out of the cell - achievement unlocked.
