This achievement is rather simple, if not annoying because no one is playing online. To get this simply, play on the 'Den' level, and be on the blue team. Get together a boosting party, or this achievement is near impossible.
Set the match limit to 100 animus. The person trying to get the achievement, jump down and head left straight away. There is always an Alpha Werewolf there. Kill it, and go to the animus and fill it up. If you make sure none of the other 7 players get any kills, your one Alpha Werewolf kill will be the most kills. Repeat this 10 times for the achievement.
Summary:
- Boosting Party, 8 or 6 people, doesn't matter.
- Blue team, only blue will ever get wins.
- 'Den' map.
- When you start, jump down, go left.
- Kill the Alpha Werewolf.
- Make sure no-one else in the match (blue or red team) gets any kills.
- The Alpha should have given you enough animus to fill up your teams generator.
- Fill up your teams generator.
- Rinse and repeat 10 times.
- Let all the other people in your boosting session get the achievement.

it shouldnt matter what map or does it ?????

It matters only because that is the quickest method. The alpha is always down to the left on that map. It can be done on other maps, but quickest/easiest on this one.

This achievement can also be done with only six players. Realistically, unless you are just really good at the game or you get really lucky, this achievement must be boosted. You have to finish first in TOTAL KILLS to unlock this. The description does not say you or your team has to win the match and it does not say you have to finish first in points. In all honesty, the boosting parties I was with never bothered to check. We set the order up in the game lobby and let one person win ten matches in a row. The person who was to win killed an Alpha Werewolf and came back to fill up the animus machine. The rest of us stayed in the base and didn't kill any enemies or werewolves.
Tips to make this go quicker:
Set the Animus Machine Limit to 100, play your matches on "The Den", set Creature Density to "High" and make sure Alpha Werewolves are turned "On". If any of your party members do not have a microphone it makes the matches extremely hard and time consuming. You CAN die and still unlock the achievement you simply have to be first in kills.
