The SAW machine gun location for the map 'Den'.
From the red team's spawn, drop out of your spawn area through the chute. Next, go left, come out from behind the bars, and walk towards the left ledge overlooking the main arena. Should be there unless somebody has taken it.
All the other weapons for this achievement can be found in the weapons locker near where you spawn.

The SAW machine gun for the New York streets map - the one that seems to be played most consistently - is on top of the white van near the firetruck. You can reach it by doing a running jump from the 2nd floor window (or at least the hole in the wall where a window used to be). All the other weapons for this achievement can be found in the weapons locker near where you spawn.

I also needed to through a grenade before it popped. It goes in game

You need to shoot all of these weapons in a single game:
Saw - random pick up somewhere on the map
The rest can be retrieved from loadout box at spawn:
Handgun
Desert eagle
Grenade (up on d pad or RB)
Shotgun
Assault rifle
Submachine gun
Swap weapons with left or right on Dpad.

I fired all the starting weapons in one match but couldn't find The SAW. Next match I fired the SAW without firing anything else and the Achievement unlocked.

While you are in the matchmaking lobby you have the ability to pick your starting weapon. After the game starts you also have access to a "Weapons Locker" in your base. To get this achievement you must fire all the available weapons in a Ranked match. After you have fired your starting weapons go to the weapons locker and press the 
Button to enter the locker. You can scroll Left and Right to choose another weapon. Continue doing that until you have fired all you weapons and thrown a grenade. Now you have to find the SAW. The SAW is not available in the weapons locker and must be picked up on the map.
The easiest map to find the SAW is The Keep. When you enter the area with the Werewolves you see a set of stairs on your Left. Go up the stairs and follow the walkway around to the Left. At the end of the walkway you will find the SAW. Pick it up and fire it to complete the achievement. This achievement unlocks during gameplay, so if it does not unlock after the SAW you missed a gun in the weapons locker.

1. H662 9MM Pistol
2. SMP-9 Sub Machine Gun
3. Marauder Model 1010 Shotgun
4. XT9-MU Assault Rifle
5. Desert Eagle .50AE
6. M249 Squad Automatic Weapon (SAW)
7. M99-R High Explosive Grenade - Don't forget to throw a grenade
