This achievement is NOT story related and can be missed. You have to run all the lab experiments while you are in the Council Laboratory. There are six different locations throughout the laboratory where the experiments are being held.
Experiments are performed by activating the control panels in front of each location. To use a control panel - stand in front of the panel and hit the X Button to activate it. Each control panel will have a description pop up on the screen when you get close to it.
When you enter the laboratory the Lower Floor has the following experiments:
1. Werewolf
a. Use the control panel to release the Werewolf
b. Use your weapon to kill the Werewolf
2. Fire Drake
a. Use the control panel to release the Fire Drake
b. Use the next control panel to turn on the sprinklers killing the Fire Drake
3. Aniform Control Device
a. Use the first control panel to activate the Aniform Control Device
b. Press the Y Button to change the control of the Aniform Control Device
c. Use the second control panel to deactivate the Aniform Control Device
The Upper Floor is were you will find the following experiments:
4. Nari
a. Use the control panel to materialize the Nari
b. Quickly use the other control panel to pulse them
5. Tentacles
a. Use the control panel to release the test drone
6. Minotaur, Werewolf, and Fire Drake
a-1. Use the control panel to release the Minotaur
b-1. Use the control panel to release the Test Drone
c-1. Use the control panel to disable the Inhibitor Field
When the Minotaur kills the Test Drone the Arena will be purged and reset
a-2. Use the control panel to release the Werewolf
b-2. Use the control panel to release the Test Drone
c-2. Use the control panel to disable the Inhibitor Field
When the Werewolf kills the Test Drone the Arena will be purged and reset
