Hopefully you didn't spend any of your brickbucks until the end of the game!
After you unlock all the other achievements but this one and "15 drivers" ones,
buy missing drivers and then buy extra cars - make sure to buy 10k ones not the more expensive ones! (you should afford 15 or so)

If youre missing cars still, you have the list below - im sure youll find there extra cars in the race rewards
remember - you won't earn more money so the only way around now will be to buy season pass - fortunately tracker is working properly!

one quick car to grab before all of that:
Race car - head on over to Unkie’s Emporium and select the ‘Redeem Code’ option. Once the pop-up window appears, enter AFVJY5OK


Drive to the races, enter the race menu and then LB, RB to change difficulty and up on d-pad to check the rewards for selected difficulty (to unlock difficulty A you need at least level 20 but we talk the VERY end of your playthrough so you're lvl 30 for sure)

Turbo acres races with car reward:
Racing 101 - 3 cars - one for each difficulty
Sky Cup GP - 3 cars - one for each difficulty

Dust devil run - Difficulty C
The abduction 500 - difficulty C
Drive thru derby - difficulty B

And no, build cars does not count, as well as the downloaded ones. List above is the only thing you have. Besides paid option - season pass.

Welcome to the Grind! I played through the entire game and only unlocked 37 vehicles. So for the remaining 13 I had to purchase them from the shop. And they cost at least 10K Brickbucks each. So for this you need to spend 130,000 Brickbucks in the monkeyshop to get them. Once you unlock them you need to get at least 1 Brickbuck to update the tracker and then the achievement will unlock. So grab a jet-pack and fly for at least 4 seconds and land to unlock the achievement.
