I got this by driving up to the quest giver npc that shows you how to jump and inching forward until they were just flipping non stop. Just sat there and waited for the achievement to unlock. Used the starting car.

I got this by driving up to the quest giver npc that shows you how to jump and inching forward until they were just flipping non stop. Just sat there and waited for the achievement to unlock. Used the starting car.

Quicker (less than 5 minutes), and more fun method!

I couldn't get the other solution to work or it was taking too long and I'm impatient.

Wait until you unlock Big Butte county which is the first location you unlock after completing the races in Turbo Acres (it happens really quickly so this is early in the game).

Go to the middle of the map where the town is (you'll see the grid-like streets), NW of the airport.

Pick one of the main roads and then just go full speed down the sidewalk. At the end, do a quick 180 with the button and repeat. You will hit up to 50 pedestrians on each run, and they immediately go back to walking on the sidewalk, so after about 4-5 runs, you'll be done. Takes only a few minutes.
