How to unlock the Cruising Prospecto Valley achievement in LEGO 2K Drive - Definitive Guide

I believe Prospecto Valley opens up when you reach level 8. You can fast travel there once it is available to you. Once you are in Prospecto Valley, you need to drive around for maybe 2 or 3 minutes. The achievement will unlock after those 2 or 3 minutes. Now that is EZ.

Is it level progression that unlocks new areas? I thought I was already level 8 well before unlocking Prospecto, but maybe not. :shrug:
