Once it is started destroy all the tables, build the dance floor, and set both characters as Batman (1966) just to be safe in case you switch between the character since the floor can be touchy (aggravating at times), and complete the dance puzzle.
This can be completed for two players at the same time as long as both are set to Batman (1966). So grab your friend, child, or significant other and get you both the achievement.
so that the ''Batman 1966'' character will be available to use in ''free play'' mode on any mission. Go to the dlc mission, select ''free play'' and do as i do in the video below
BTW, you can walk on the other tiles that are on the dance floor. The important part, is that you step on the tiles that light up on the order that they appear. After you've completed the last sequence, you'll get your achievement.

First you will need to have completed all 15 story mode levels plus the bonus level in the Batcave Trophy Room Hub, “Same Bat-time! He will auto unlock for you, simply equip him when you select the free play of ‘Batman 75.’ Once in the level, at the very start you will see five tables in the middle of the room. Smash the tables then build the pieces into a dance floor. Complete the floor light puzzle and the achievement will unlock.
