How to unlock the Hard Traveling Heroes achievement in LEGO Batman 3: Beyond Gotham - Definitive Guide

To unlock Green Arrow, in level 4 (Space Station Infestation) during the part where Grundy is hiding in the armory there is a power station in the back part of the map that needs to be energized. Either use Shazam or find the full power station on the back upper level to charge the station and you will get a scepter. Take the scepter up to the top left to where Bat-Mite is and he will give you the Green Arrow character token.

Green Lantern you get during normal game play.

Green Arrow costs 300,000 studs. Purchase him in the character selector, select him and then select Green Lantern as your secondary character.

One note: the level to get Green Arrow is actually level 4, Space Station Infestation (part 2). I did level 5 originally (The Big Grapple) and realized I was one ahead of where I needed to be to get Green Arrow.

Just want to point out you CAN'T use Green Arrow from the Arrow DLC

To unlock Green Arrow, you must play Level 4, ‘Space Station Infestation,’ in free play. In the area when you gain control of Robin and Cyborg, to the left side of the armory on a platform is Bat-Mite. Speak to him and he will send you on a quest to retrieve the Bat-Scepter. It is located on the lower floor at the back of the room. Use any electrical character (Batman, Cyborg, Shazam!) to charge the station. This will then open the crate where the Bat-Scepter is found. Give it to Bat-Mite to get the character token. He will cost 300,000 studs.

Green Lantern is unlocked naturally when you complete Level 3, ‘Space Suits You, Sir!’

Once you have both characters, set them both as your characters; one as Green Lantern and one as Green Arrow (not the DLC Arrow) and the achievement will unlock.

Green Lantern is unlocked simply by playing through the story but Green Arrow you will have to unlock. Green Arrow's character token is unlocked in Level 4 in Free Play, see the collectible guide for the character token locations. Once you find him you will have to purchase him for 300,000 studs, then set him and Green Lantern as your characters and the trophy will unlock.
