You can get this when you go to the moon in the base you will see the 6 doors to each of the lantern planets you will need to build the door using a fast character such as superman or the flash builds the doors quick all you need to do is go in and out of each of the doors in the moon base and the last one is oa green lanterns its directly behind the entrance / exit a big green door (need to build) as soon as you enter the last one achievement pops.
***note: You may need to beat the campaign past a certain level ie; to unlock the respective planets this will not be obtainable from the start of the game.
To rebuild every door you will need 40 Gold Bricks in total.
*****Extra note: There are 3 achievements that you can get in the moon in one go (given how far you have progressed in the story.) Links are below for the achievements with video guides

You need to talk to green loontern (daffy duck) he is located where the batman info signal is right outside the door to the moon base (the end of the video)

If you move your character towards the screen you find a lower level with a broken door with Green Loontern standing next to it. Once you talk to him and rebuild the door you can travel to the moon base.
Now that you're at the moon base you will find 6 doors with that need rebuilding. To rebuild every door you will need 40 Gold Bricks in total.
These are the six bases:
Zamaron
Ysmault
Okaara
Nok
Odym
Qward
Once you visit these 6 you should get the trophy.

To unlock all the HUB Lantern Planets, you must first beat the Story and have at least 40 Gold Bricks. Once you have 40 gold bricks, head to the moon base and there will be 7 portals you can build to go to each of the planets. Six of them are inside the main building but the last one (OA) is outside on the Moon's surface. Note: You have to visit all 7 HUBs in 1 sitting, else the trophy won't pop.

30 Gold Bricks are needed to build all seven Lantern Planet portals. Refer to “Hey Diddle Diddle” on how to get to the moon portal.
There are seven Lantern Planets, all of which have more collectibles to obtain and quests to complete. Six portals are inside of the moon base and the other one is outside on the moon.
The planets are as followed:
- Zamaron (Pink Planet) - 10 gold bricks and complete Level 9, ‘Power of Love.’
- Odym (Light Blue Planet) - 10 gold bricks and complete Level 10, ‘A Blue Hope.’
- Nok (Purple Planet) - 10 gold bricks and complete Level 11, ‘Jailhouse Nok.’
- Ysmault (Red Planet) - 10 gold bricks and complete Level 12, ‘All the Rage.’
- Okaara (Orange Planet) - 10 gold bricks and complete Level 13, ‘Need for Greed.’
- Qward (Yellow Planet) - 10 gold bricks and complete Level 14, ‘Aw-Qward Situation.’
- Oa (Green Planet) - 30 gold bricks and complete one of the Lantern Planet story levels listed above.
Once you land on the seventh planet, the achievement should unlock. If the achievement doesn't unlock (because of a random bug), try to go through all the planet portals again or travel to them through the Watchtower globe.
