This video from HappyThumbsGaming is one of the best i've found that shows you exactly how to complete the level, just follow it and you will get the achievement without any problems. :)

The bonus level is unlocked when you complete all story levels.

Might be worth adding the level is available after you finish the story and you can follow the ghost studs to start the level.

Is it possible that it this achievement unlocks only for the player that discovers/enters the level ? I was playing co-op with gf and after we completed the level the achievement unlocked for her gamertag but not for mine

It have been reports in previous lego games that only player 1 receives the achievement, i have never played the levels as anything else than player 1 so i can't confirm that for my self, if you replay the level as player 1 you should get the achievement

What you have to do to obtain this trophy is complete the bonus level. To do this, go to the pause menu (options button) then press View Map. There you can find the bonus level "Same bat Time, same bat channel" you do not have to get all the minikits to obtain the trophy, but you WILL need all the minikits for 100% completion.

The bonus level is ONLY available once you have completed the main story.

Travel to the Batcave from the Watchtower Control Room globe or press to View Map. When you arrive in the Batcave, follow the ghost stud trail to the slideways teleporter. Step in and you will enter the Trophy Room. Continue to follow the ghost studs to the right and it will lead you to the Batman 1960’s TV set. At the top of the room there is a statue on a pedestal. Hitting it will reveal a grapple point. Pull the grapple and the bookcase will slide away, revealing two bat-poles and the entrance to the bonus level. Complete the level to unlock this achievement.
