I have completed this level 2 times. Not working.

Did you complete it in one run and not using save and quit?
Did you run it as host and not 2nd player?

Tthat is 2 things that can stop the achievement from unlocking.

Two of the missions didn't unlock for me, but you don't have to play the whole level. Go into the level you're missing, then Story Mode, Collect a few studs, Quit and then Save and Exit and boom, your achievement should unlock. If it don't unlock hard reset your Xbox. This is what I did.

This is story related and cannot be missed. This will unlock upon completing Level 4, ‘Space Station Infestation.’
