How to unlock the Team Arrow achievement in LEGO Batman 3: Beyond Gotham - Definitive Guide

Once you've completed a level, it will be unlocked for free play. Enter it in free play mode, then hold cn_Y to change to another character. DLC characters will be near the bottom. Choose John Diggle, then tap cn_Y to switch to your partner, and hold cn_Y again to pick a Felicity Smoak.

These characters are already unlocked for you when you bought the DLC pack. Hold  to change your character; one to John Diggle and the other as Felicity Smoak anywhere in the game and the achievement unlocks.

These two characters are included with the Arrow pack. When you are in any level in Free Play or in any hub after you’ve completed level six, ‘The Lantern Menace,’ select John Diggle as your character. Then switch characters and select Felicity Smoak as your other character and the achievement will unlock.

You will unlock John Diggle and Felicity Smoak automatically when you download the pack. As soon as you start the level just switch both characters to Diggle and Felicity and trophy will unlock.
