After achieving 100% (i.e. unlock all characters, vehicles, red bricks, gold bricks, adam west in perils) , head to the watchtower. In the main room with the giant blue sphere where you can select missions, head to the right to the room where conan, kevin smith, adam west and green loontern are located. Pull the switch and watch the studs fly.

Just adding that to unlock all characters and vehicles, you also need to play those small and quick "VR missions" where you will unlock the missing one.
VR mission location can be accessed in one of the 2nd room in batcave (the one far down faar on the right side). Then, once in the room it's upstairs.
