How to unlock the Eat floor... High fiber. achievement in LEGO Batman - Definitive Guide

For this one you just need to go grab a goon character as babtman and then press b again to slam them into the ground, you can do this two ways. One is to slam goons as you go thru the story mode. The other option is to go into free play once you have a goon and make your companion character the goon and then slam him 20 times.

This achievement can easily be done in Level 1, a little into the level, there will be everlasting Goons and you will have to turn to Batman if you're Robin and than press cn_B to slam them into the ground.

While controlling Batman, grab a goon with B and hit B again to slam them into the ground. Repeat until unlocked.
