How to unlock the NRG Nya achievement in LEGO Brawls - Definitive Guide
I thought I’d add a guide as I was unsure on a few things like how to unlock champions, game modes and requirements.
First things first to unlock a champion you need to 100% a theme pack (can be any I chose Western). I advise using a second controller to smash out the brawler achievements which gives you studs for wins, to speed this up to get you your 100 studs for 100%.
Party - Select:
Local
Add second controller
Join +
Both press
Ready to brawl
BRAWEL OPTIONS
NO AI players
1 lives
Free-For-Brawl - Map Pirate Ship has pink Kraken arms
Select Brawl in YELLOW box
Now to speed up Player 2 jump in sea for speed, rinse and repeat!!!!!
Now this is done, play any ONLINE BRAWL mode at the end this will give you unlocks, it will randomly give you 1 of the 6 Champions.
NRG NYA specifics are as follows:
Weapon - Water Fists
Power Ups
Water Ninja - Lego Figure or which you need to activate 25 times
Water Dragon - Spinning Dragon or which you need to activate 20 times
Master of Water - Lego Fig with water legs & water or which you need to activate 15 times
How to acquire the above power ups, play either of two games modes, which are either the second one down (flag) or third down (3 Lego pieces or a Lego head).
In these modes there will be boxes coloured pink/blue hit these with to acquire them they will go in your inventory on the right. To use them select the specific button to the power up or to activate.
Now run all over map picking them up, repeating this at quickly as possible, you do not need to win or play the game. However, this can be addictive and fun though.
Other points:
1. Make sure you select the character as your default will not be your Champion
2. When selecting game mode it shows a white dot go with the majority on the two modes I’ve stated
3. Quit out if the majority go for other modes then search again
4. Some abilities require you to use them eg use up ammo with or activate just spam and move on
5. Once completed your Champion you must play one more game to activate your next character champion
At the end of each map played if you tap you can see your progression of the 3 power ups requirements.
Once you meet the power up requirements the achievement will pop at the end of the power ups stats screen.
Achievement unlocked Happy Hunting
Hope this guide has helped a little more to all new gamers!

The characters and the order you unlock are random. NOTE THIS IS ONLINE ONLY
Select Brawl
Pick any match and after the match there will be unlocks.
This should then tell you about a character you can master. If you already have a character you need to master first follow tips below. Note you may need to play a match before you can unlock and start mastering the next.
Each character gets 3 supers, power ups or what ever you want to call them. The goal is to reach 100 with each once you complete each 3 you get the achievement.
Tips to unlock as fast as possible
-make sure you select the character
- watch the dots for the mode people are voting for
-try to vote with ones that have a flag as these are team modes and easy to boost this achievement
- if you see free-for-brawl is select back out you get a few seconds and there is no penalty for this
- THIS IS THE MAIN POINT go for the power up box’s by pressing and spam you abilities by pressing and or if you have two. Do not worry about the objectives as this will slow you down in mastering each ability.

*ONLINE REQUIRED*
To master NRG Nya, you need to completely fill the meter bar for each of these Powerups: Water Ninja, Water Dragon and Master of Water.
Note: The six champions are randomly unlocked after playing a certain number of Brawl matches. Mastering is the same process for all of them. The only way to progress them is to play online Brawl or Party Versus (Free-For-Brawl) matches.
Themes
After playing a couple of Brawl matches, you are introduced to Themes. Themes are like Battle Passes in other games; items are unlocked at certain intervals as you earn XP through the pass. In LEGO Brawls, studs are earned instead of XP, but it works almost the same. After every match, you earn studs depending on how well you did, and those studs are used to progress the theme’s bar. As you progress, you unlock parts related to the theme you’ve chosen that can be used to customize your brawler.
Themes aren’t directly tied to unlocking or mastering champions necessary for the achievements, but it is a natural progression of Brawl mode so it is worth mentioning here. Note that you can change your theme at any time.
Playing Brawl Mode
After playing 10 Brawl matches (no matter the outcome), your first champion is unlocked, which is randomly selected. There is a short video introduction before being available to select in Brawl matches. Make sure this champion is selected in the lobby before the match starts.
Note: You can only have one champion unlocked at any given time. New champions don’t unlock until you master the one that is currently available.
Each brawler and champion has three Powerups available to them. You can customize created brawlers with different Powerups, but a champion’s Powerups are assigned and cannot be changed. Powerups are acquired in Brawl matches by breaking a special glowing cube brick. These bricks respawn after 20-30 seconds and it is completely random which Powerup you find.
In the lower right of the screen, it shows you which Powerups you have, if any. To use one, press the corresponding button ( or ) to activate it then keep pressing to use it. Powerups don’t last long so make sure you are close to enemies before using them.
To master a champion, you need to fill a meter bar for each of the three Powerups. Each meter is 0 to 100, and it fills up based on the damage you inflict with each the Powerup during the match. At the end of a match, results are shown onscreen showing how far you’ve progressed in each Powerup. As noted above, the Powerups you find are random and sometimes you will find one that isn’t one of the three.
The match type I have found to be most beneficial for mastering is Control Point (the flag icon). In it, players are mostly concentrating on playing the objective and keeping the control point for their team which makes more Powerups available to use. If you play any of the solo modes (Collect Mode or Brawl Royale, for example), your opportunities to acquire Powerups is naturally diminished. In the pre-game lobby, you can vote on which type of match you want to play. Each vote is represented by a white dot in one of the five available match types. If you see that it might be a solo match, you can back out of the lobby () before the countdown reaches 0 (zero) and try again. Again, this is from personal experience so yours may vary. Note that the Powerup bricks are not featured in Free-For-Brawl matches; they are replaced by predetermined pickups.
Once you’ve completely filled each meter bar, the achievement for the current champion will unlock. To unlock the next random champion, play one or two more Brawl matches then repeat the process for them. Mastering a champion takes about an hour or so of continuous play, more if you are unlucky with Powerup RNG.
