From the main menu, select ‘Brawl’. In this mode, you will be playing online against 7 other people in a variety of game modes. Play the match and if you score better than everyone else in the match, the achievement will unlock at the end.
Since you will be playing against real people, it may take some time to be the Top Brawler. For guaranteed Top Brawler, refer to Winning Streak (100G) for more information about earning this and other achievements with minimal effort.
