For this one you want to head over to the 'Fresco' section in the middle-right part of the map. There you will see a tall tower that is reminiscent of the Leaning Tower of Pisa. Go to this tower, once you are there climb ALMOST to the top. Pay attention to where the studs stop appearing along the outer railing near the ceiling of the building. From there just carefully jump on said outer railing and slide all the way down.

You might want to add that once you’re on the rail, you have to press the B button to start sliding down the rail.

Regarding the comment above, you do not need to press anything.

Once you are standing on the railing, if you jump straight up and back down you will then start sliding.

I've done this 4 times, and it just won't pop. Even restarted the console and tried again, still nothing. 😩 Maybe I'll try again after completing the story.

Edit: Ok, turns out it DID pop, but the notification never came up. How...strange, yet typical.

I tried it a few times and the achievement didn't pop. I quit the game (also quit in xbox main menu) loaded it back up and tried it again, it popped but it was delayed.
