If you see a taxi driving around the city, Press LT to make the driver stop and then enter the vehicle. If there is a passenger in the back of the cab then you are good, all you have to do is find one stunt ramp.

The jump over the water in pagoda also was a good option. Just go one end to the other and turn around to go back over

My passenger and I jumped 5 times on the same springboard. On the sixth, I turned over while jumping and was immediately given the trophy.
