Same here. I‘ve completed the whole story, but this is still missing.

I had to restart the game and replay the entire thing to get it to pop.

Any tips for getting this to pop? Completed this and didn't get the achievement, but got the ones for Chapters 1-8 no problem and then Chapter 10 popped no problem.
