this is super easy on aquaman level 2 DLC, right when the level starts, rescue the trapped guy, and around 10+ enemies spawn, i got it first try with out any issue.

I used Harley Quinn and caused havoc until I had the highest wanted level. Waited for 6 police officers and rode into them with a police person on her hammer (press B when shown and they should balance on the hammer).

nothing works for me, have a feeling this is the one achievement I'll have trouble getting. After grabbing someone with B, my grabbed person dies after 2 hits into other people, tried like 10-12 times with same result

Take out the first group of 5 goons real quick then the yarn goons drop in. Grab one of the yarn goons with Grundy and slam into the others. Took me less than a minute on my first attempt. No extra controller needed.
