Right in the start of the level of Free Play, when you're in a battle with Doctor Sivana, switch to Shazam (Wizard) with holding down
. The achievement will unlock right after you hit him.

You have to fight Sivana twice, and you can get the achievement if missed it during the first fight and you hit him during the second fight.

It seems like you need to finish this level again in order for Shazam (Wizard) to unlock. (I finished this level before installing the Shazam pack, and once I installed the Shazam pack I had to replay this level before the character unlocked.) Once you start the level, change your character to Shazam (Wizard), and just start fighting SIvana. Mine didn't pop until he got the dizzy stars around his head, then I hit him once and it popped. This was in the first fight with him, you don't need to do this in the final fight with Sivana in this level.

This can only be unlocked in Free Play.
Shazam (Wizard) unlocks after you complete the level ‘Sivana Showdown’ in Story Mode.
While replaying the level ‘Sivana Showdown’ in Free Play, during the first battle with Dr. Sivana in the tent, hold
to open the character grid and switch your character to Shazam (Wizard). All you have to do is hit Dr. Sivana once with 
and the achievement will unlock.
