I'm not sure it's possible on this one without any multipliers. I was very thorough in collecting coins and I didn't die at all and I didn't even come close to true villain. I don't have any red bricks unlocked yet so I will come back to this. It's a little annoying as I've done almost all of the other dlc and was able to get true villain every time so far. Oh well.

I had all brick multipliers on and unlocked this right after playing the story mission and getting true villain status. I didn't need to run through it again for this achievement. I'll need to do it again for the other stuff, but it was odd it unlocked on the first run.

This can be unlocked in either Story or Free Play.
To obtain True Villain, you need to collect approximately 155,000 studs. This will be much easier if you have obtained red brick multipliers from the main game.
