Superman: Unlocks automatically from the main story in Level 13 - "They Think It's Owl Over."
You may be able to use Superman (Movie) from the DC Movie Character Pack.
Visuals at (0:05) for this achievement. This video is for Minikits as well.
You may be able to use Superman (Movie) from the DC Movie Character Pack.
For this achievement you will have to beat the main story of the pack first, then come back in Free Play and hold 
to find Superman from the character chart, select him. You can even use Justice League Superman. The pig in this level is right in the beginning of the level you may have to wait until the second section to try this. Have Superman jump on the pig's back with and move it around.

I did use the DLC Superman (Movie) variant and it unlocked just fine.

I jut popped this using Superman (Movie), (FYI Clark Kent will not work.) You also have to defeat the first Sivana fight before the pig in the tent is ridable. Once you beat him, the pig remains in the tent and you can ride him then.

This trophy is titled The Swine of Steel and it requires you to ride the pig as Superman during Free Play in the "Sivana Showdown" level.
In order to play Sivana Showdown, you obviously need the Shazam Movie Part 2 DLC. Press the Touchpad and press R1 to reach the list of DLC missions. Select Sivana Showdown and complete it once and then select it again for the Free Play version of the level.
Select Superman as your character, or just switch to him during the level, and progress through the first stage of the fight with Sivana. At the second phase of the level, where Pride and Gluttony appear, take Superman back into the circus tent, approach the pig and press the Triangle Button to ride the pig and unlock the trophy.

While replaying the level ‘Sivana Showdown’ in Free Play, finish the first battle with Dr. Sivana in the tent. Then, when you are able to move around the fairgrounds to defeat the other villains, walk back into the tent, hold
to open the character grid and switch your character to Superman. There is a pig at the back of the tent surrounded by fences (provided you didn’t destroy them all in your fight). Walk up to the pig and press to ride it.
Note: You cannot ride the pig during your fight with Dr. Sivana.
